目前国内以高硫煤为原料生产合成氨的小型化肥厂中,普遍采用以对苯二酚为催化剂的稀氨水脱除半水煤气中的硫化氢。对苯二酚不但价格贵,货源紧张,而且由于性质不稳定,在碱性溶液中容易氧化聚合为腐蚀酸类物质,所以消耗量大。因此迫切需要一个货源充足,价格便宜,消耗量小的新的催化剂代替对苯二酚。化学系脱硫科研组的同志经过反复实践,发现硫酸锰——水杨酸是一个较好的湿法脱硫催化剂。脱硫液的配制:在18—20滴度的碳化氨水中加入少许硫酸锰(0.1克/升)及水杨酸(0.25克/升)。脱硫试验条件:脱硫塔内径4.2Cm,以短破璃管为填料。塔内填料层高度72Cm,液体流速8—12升/时,气体流速140—240升/时,液气比17.5—20,脱硫塔喷淋密度5.78米~3/米~2时,脱硫前半水煤气中H_2S含量为4.0—7.3克/米~3,脱硫后H_2S含最<0.05克/米~3,脱硫效率>99.2%。脱硫
