宫内放置节育器是我国育龄妇女深受欢迎的节育方法,但脱环率达13%左右。为研究子宫收缩在子宫腔内形成的压力(宫内压)对脱环的影响,我们研制了宫内压测量装置。该装置主要由传感、记录两部分组成。电原理图如图1所示。换能部分由水泡、气泡、双腔管敏感器等组成。如图2。该装置采用L-Y-5型压力传感器,以恒流源供电。传感器底部接咀由有机玻璃制成易于观察液体充盈情况,压力准确,且直接与自动平衡记录仪连接,结构简单。测量宫内压的关键是真实反映子宫腔内压情况,对受试者无损伤,安全。为此,采取如下措施: 1.由医用硅橡胶制成换能头水泡,配以固定气泡。 2.采用高精度恒流源供电。 3.设置调零装置,减小误差。 4.设定参考压力值8000Pa(60mmHg),
Intrauterine placement of IUDs is a popular birth control method for women of childbearing age in our country, but the pull-out rate is about 13%. To study the effect of uterine contractions in the uterine cavity (intrauterine pressure) on the deprotection, we developed an intrauterine pressure measurement device. The device consists of sensing, recording two parts. Electric schematic shown in Figure 1. Transfuse part by the blisters, bubbles, dual-chamber tube sensor and other components. Figure 2. The device uses L-Y-5-type pressure sensor, constant current source power supply. At the bottom of the sensor, the nozzle is made of plexiglass. It is easy to observe the liquid filling situation, the pressure is accurate, and it is directly connected with the automatic balance recorder. The structure is simple. The key to measuring intrauterine pressure is a true reflection of intrauterine pressure, the subject without injury and safety. To this end, take the following measures: 1.
