高职教师职称评聘是高职院校人力资源管理中的重要工作,是人才强校战略的核心组成部分。高职院校必须运用好“职称”这根“指挥棒”的功能,探索出一套符合高职发展方向及学院自身特点的职称评定指标体系,使其发挥好人才评价职能与激励职能,促使优秀人才脱颖而出,为高职院校的健康和可持续发展提供保障。
The evaluation of professional titles is an important task in human resources management in higher vocational colleges and is a core part of the strategy of strengthening a school through talents. Vocational colleges must make use of the function of “title” and “baton” to explore a set of professional title evaluation index system in line with the development direction of higher vocational colleges and its own characteristics so that it can give play to the functions of talent evaluation and Incentive functions to promote outstanding talent come to the fore, for the health and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges to provide protection.
