ACT是Active Cylinder Management的简称,意思是主动式气缸管理,也叫断缸控制或变缸控制。对一般的发动机来讲,只要发动机一启动就随即进入到工作状态,那么无论是车辆低速行驶还是怠速运行,发动机的所有气缸便会同时进入工作状态。但在发动机输出功率要求不高时(如低速行驶或停等红灯时),能够让其中几个气缸暂停工作,切断气门开启以及中断喷油器喷油,如一个6缸发动机关闭其中的2个气缸,相当于变为一个4缸发动机
ACT is the acronym for Active Cylinder Management, which means active cylinder management, also known as off-cylinder control or variable-cylinder control. For a typical engine, as soon as the engine starts working, it enters into a working state immediately. All cylinders of the engine will be in the working state at the same time whether the vehicle runs at low speed or idling.
