某厂新建年产7500t橡胶防老剂4020装置,其中氢气系统的工况条件为:工作压力:6.0MPa:工作温度:常温;介质:氢气。装置建成后,在进行氢气系统气密试验过程中,中压氢气柜至气液混合器段不锈钢管道(设计材质:0Cr18Ni9,规格:φ45mm×3.5mm)出现一破裂泄漏点,位置在钢管对接焊缝附近的母材上。有人认为这是管材质量低劣引起的,也有人认为是焊接技术差造成钢管的破裂。为了查明致裂原因,对失效钢管取样,范围为对接焊缝起(保留整道焊缝)至管长18cm处,对此样品进行宏观检查、化学成分分析;取微观试样进行金相组织、扫描电镜和能谱成分的分析。1综合分析1.1宏观检查
