随着初中毕业生的减少,还由于家长对中职校的误解,中职生源的质量飞速下降。针对学生的现状,在理论成绩提高无望或不大的情况下,单招技能成绩对于这部分学生显得尤为重要,如何让学生在做中愉快地学习专业知识和技能,如何使学生变被动为主动学习,如何让不同基础的学生在技能训练中达标,如何在短时间内高效地培养出能掌握餐饮技能的高素质人才,是中职技能教师应担的责任。
