随着市场经济的不断发展和完善,绩效考核在我国医院的管理中扮演越来越重要的角色。绩效考核是一种非常有效的激励政策,利用绩效考核,能够有力地激发员工的工作积极性,给予员工前进的动力。基于此,本文从医院绩效考核管理的意义出发,分析其存在的弱势和弊端,从医院特殊性质的角度提出优化绩效管理的对策。通过分析可以发现,绩效考核对我国医院的长远发展具有重要的意义。
With the continuous development and improvement of the market economy, performance assessment plays an increasingly important role in the management of hospitals in China. Performance appraisal is a very effective incentive policy. Using performance appraisal can effectively motivate employees’ enthusiasm and give them motivation to advance. Based on this, this article starts from the significance of hospital performance appraisal management, analyzes its weaknesses and disadvantages, and proposes a countermeasure to optimize performance management from the perspective of the hospital’s special nature. Through analysis, it can be found that performance appraisal is of great significance to the long-term development of hospitals in China.
