本文结合我国通信网、互联网、广电网三网融合改革与发展的新形势,从省级网络运营商的视角出发,在回顾企业文化理论的基础上,利用该理论对转型期企业文化体系创新进行了系统分析,并探索了确保企业文化落地实施的关键举措。案例佐证了企业文化必须同企业战略目标相匹配与时俱进地创新,企业文化创新必须有效地落地实施,在推动企业整合、转型中企业文化有积极的引导作用、凝聚作用、激励约束作用。以期对正处在变革期、转型期、整合期的其他企业提供借鉴。
Based on the new situation of the reform and development of triple play in China’s communication network, internet and broadcasting network, this paper reviews the theory of enterprise culture from the perspective of provincial network operators and makes use of this theory to make innovations in the system of enterprise culture during the transition period The system analysis, and explored the key measures to ensure the implementation of corporate culture. The case corroborates that the enterprise culture must innovate with the strategic goal of the enterprise and keep pace with the times. The innovation of the enterprise culture must be effectively implemented on the ground. The enterprise culture has positive guiding, cohesion and encouragement restraint in promoting the integration and transformation of the enterprise. With a view to providing reference for other enterprises that are in the period of transformation, transition and integration.
