本文以阐述战术导弹研制过程中建立导弹结构动力学模型的技术路线为背景,通过地面模态试验对导弹模态数值计算中的主要不确定因素——弹体接头柔度进行了讨论,并将柔性点元的概念引入传递矩阵算法,提出了单自由度拟合求解弹体接头柔度、构造战术导弹动力学模型的工程方法。该方法综合了导弹结构模态数值计算和地面试验两种研究方法的优点,能够在导弹总体设计和方案论证阶段通过数值计算直接得到较为准确的导弹结构模态参数,为导弹总体设计和方案论证提供依据。文中以某主翼控制导弹为例进行研究,得到了有益的结论。
In this paper, based on the technical route of establishing the dynamic model of the missile structure during the development of the tactical missile, the main uncertainties in missile modal numerical calculation - the flexibility of the projectile joint are discussed through the ground modal test. The concept of flexible point is introduced into the transfer matrix algorithm, and a engineering method of fitting single degree of freedom to solve the flexibility of the projectile joint and constructing the dynamic model of the tactical missile is proposed. The method combines the advantages of two research methods: modal numerical calculation of the missile structure and ground test, and can directly obtain the more accurate modal parameters of the missile structure through the numerical calculation in the overall missile design and scheme demonstration phase, providing the overall missile design and program demonstration Provide evidence. In the paper, a main wing missile is taken as an example to study, and beneficial conclusions are obtained.
