山西省是我国的煤炭强省,煤炭资源丰富,其中国有煤炭企业为山西省煤炭产业的发展作出了突出贡献。然而,由于煤炭企业人力资源管理体系还存在一定的问题,不能更好地发挥人力资源的效能,这对山西省煤炭企业发展造成了一定的阻碍,严重制约了煤炭企业做大、做强、做优,影响了山西煤炭工业的发展。实行行之有效的人力资源管理,已越来越成为一个亟待解决的重要课题。从煤炭企业人力资源管理现状入手,分析了国有煤炭企业在人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出完善山西国有煤炭企业人力资源管理的对策建议,为山西省煤炭企业实施科学的人力资源管理提供理论基础,以营造煤炭企业良好的用人环境,促进煤炭企业发展。
