The seamless track reduces the amount of track maintenance due to the reduced rail joints, alleviates train track vibrations, and reduces rail and wheel noise from the joints. Because of this, the full laying of seamless lines has become an important trend in the operation of the world’s railways. From the current world perspective, the European countries have a high percentage of CWR installations, especially in the Federal Republic of Germany (almost 100%) and France. From the seamless lines of the existing railroads in Japan, the length of each section of the seamless track is short, and the long rail and the long rail are connected by expansion joints. In this way, the increase in the number of expansion joints, it will increase the laying of seamless lines and management costs.
