A non-thermal solar concrete curing kiln was built in 1985 in Urumqi, China. It has been put into production for three years. The solar energy conservation method is used to replace the traditional steam curing method for concrete in winter in cold areas, which improves the quality of concrete, saves a lot of energy, reduces pollution, and reduces costs. When the outdoor temperature in winter is minus 15 degrees Celsius to minus 24 degrees Celsius, the kiln temperature is minus 3 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius.
