通过宏观织构分析、能谱分析、显微组织观察和显微硬度测试,研究了中间退火对HTCR5052铝合金再结晶过程的影响。实验结果表明,经480℃保温8 h中间退火的5052铝合金冷轧板材再结晶激活能显著降低,完成再结晶所需时间较短;HTCR5052合金板材中间退火后形成的立方取向晶粒在冷轧过程中并未完全旋转至轧制方向,残留的立方取向晶粒促进了再结晶过程完成。
The effects of intermediate annealing on recrystallization of HTCR5052 aluminum alloy were studied by macro-texture analysis, energy spectrum analysis, microstructure observation and microhardness test. The experimental results show that the recrystallization activation energy of 5052 aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet annealed at 480 ℃ for 8 h is significantly reduced and the time required for recrystallization is short. The cubic grains formed after the intermediate annealing of HTCR5052 alloy sheet are cold- The process did not fully rotate to the rolling direction, the residual cubic orientation of the grain to promote the recrystallization process is completed.
