饭店具有人力资源密集的特点,在饭店工作的员工大多数是女性,因而,饭店的女性人力资源管理和开发显得尤为重要,女性中层管理者的职业生涯发展对饭店兴衰有着重要影响。
The hotel is characterized by human resources. Most of the staff working in the hotel are women. Therefore, it is very important to manage and develop the female human resources in the hotel. The career development of female middle managers has an important influence on the rise and fall of the hotel.
