幼儿营养膳食,主要从孩子的生理特点和饮食特点出发,通过营养的均衡和合理有效的搭配等方式,让孩子做到营养全面和饮食均衡,保证孩子们的身体健康。通过不同的饮食搭配方式,调剂不同的营养,合理膳食,使孩子们健康茁壮成长,饮食的合理化,成为孩子们健康成长的必要条件。再者,通过不同的方式对孩子的营养膳食做出合理的指导,也是有效预防幼儿疾病,减少孩子发病的主要方式。
