美国环境总署(EPA)制定了汽车空调节能技术奖励政策,对采用节能技术的车辆给予相应的奖励值。但是在制定过程中没有考虑到气候条件对奖励值的影响。文章依据大量实验数据和实车信息,建立了汽车空调系统(MAC)生命周期气候性能评估模型——LCCP2013,利用该模型对不同气候条件下汽车空调的节能技术进行评估,为中国制定汽车空调节能技术奖励政策提供依据。文章以变排量压缩机技术为例,利用LCCP2013对其进行评估。
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has formulated a rewards policy for energy-saving technologies for automotive air-conditioners, giving incentives to vehicles that use energy-saving technologies. However, the impact of climatic conditions on the reward value was not taken into account in the development process. Based on a large number of experimental data and real car information, this paper established a life cycle climate performance assessment model of vehicle air conditioning system (MAC) - LCCP2013. The model was used to evaluate the energy saving technologies of car air conditioners in different climate conditions. Technical incentives provide the basis. The article takes variable displacement compressor technology as an example, using LCCP2013 to evaluate it.
