桥梁建成通车后,一方面受到雨水冲刷、空气氧化,以及在长期的静载和动载作用下其主要受力构件逐步老化,强度和刚度随时间的推移降低。另一方面由于人为原因,如货车严重超载等,影响了桥梁的耐久度。因此,对桥梁结构性能进行实时的监测和诊断,及时地发现结构的损伤,对可能出现的灾害进行预测,评估其安全性已经成为未来工程检测的必然要求。
