小学生正处于知识积累的初级阶段,其人生观和世界观均尚未完全形成,语文教学对于小学生来说至关重要,在其知识启蒙及人格形成中发挥不可替代的作用。作为小学语文教师,应在教学实践中不断强化知识技能训练,并在此基础上正确掌握每个学生的性格特点,关注学生人格的成长,充分体现出语文学科教育教学过程中的人文关怀。
Primary school students are in the primary stage of knowledge accumulation. Their outlook on life and world outlook have not yet been completely formed. Chinese teaching is of great importance to primary school students and plays an irreplaceable role in their knowledge enlightenment and personality formation. As primary language teachers, we should constantly strengthen the training of knowledge and skills in teaching practice. Based on this, we should correctly grasp the personality characteristics of each student, pay attention to the growth of students’ personality, and fully embody the humane care in the course of teaching and learning of Chinese subjects.
