采用相对测量、对比试验,可测轴承内径~100~150mm、摩擦力短0~2500N·m的关节轴承的摩擦力短。试验机用载荷块式的机械加载、芬兰TAMTROM公司的M0DE1810电子秤、日本KOYO公司TRD-J600-S旋转编码器与国产CSY-1B转速表等来提高其性能,驱动装直选用URX2.2-B22/29无级变速卷扬机。同时配备了AST486计算机和激光打印机,可对有关参数进行预置、贮存、采集、显示、记录、打印及绘制曲线。文中叙述了该试验机的原理、结构,并对可能产生的误差作了分析。附图2幅,参考文献3篇。
