橡胶硫化促进剂2-硫醇基苯骈噻唑简称M,M具有硫化促进作用快、硫化平坦性低以及混炼时无早期硫化等特点。广泛应用于橡胶加工工业,是天然胶与合成胶必不可少的高效橡胶硫化促进剂。它同时也是制取其衍生物次磺酰胺类和噻唑类硫化促进剂的原料,其经济价值受到广泛的关注。鉴于橡胶促进剂M优良的性能及宽泛的用途,工业上及实验室对M的生产工艺方法不断进行研究,以期获得最大的经济效益和社会效益。国内外生产M常用的方法包括邻硝基氯苯法、苯胺法、硝基苯-苯胺混合法及单纯硝基苯法等。 Rubber vulcanization accelerator 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, abbreviated as M and M, has the advantages of accelerating vulcanization, low vulcanization flatness and no early vulcanization during kneading. Widely used in rubber processing industry, natural rubber and synthetic rubber is essential for efficient rubber vulcanization accelerator. It is also a raw material for preparing its derivatives sulfenamides and thiazole vulcanization accelerators, and its economic value has drawn wide attention. In view of the excellent performance and wide range of applications of rubber accelerator M, industrial and laboratory research on the production process of M has been conducted in order to obtain maximum economic and social benefits. Common methods for the production of M at home and abroad include o-nitrochlorobenzene method, aniline method, nitrobenzene-aniline mixture method, simple nitrobenzene method and the like.
