房地产行业在整个国民经济中的地位十分重要,是近年来消费和投资的热点,并且一度成为支柱性行业。伴随着房地产行业迅猛发展,如何确保企业不断提升市场占有率和销售业绩,在可持续发展的基础上实现企业的跨越式发展,是企业生存和发展面临的首要问题。因此,房地产企业必须加强对项目的管理,以保持自身的竞争力。本文浅谈房地产企业项目管理中的核心环节即成本控制的现状,及强化管理的措施。
The status of the real estate industry in the entire national economy is very important. It has become a hot spot for consumption and investment in recent years and was once a pillar industry.
