目的:探讨甲氧滴滴涕(MXC)对小鼠子宫内膜胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)表达的影响。方法:将出生后7~8周的成熟雌性小鼠随机分为4组,每只分别给予玉米油、甲氧滴滴涕(MXC)50、100、200mg/kg灌胃,1次/d,共30d,之后24h内,取小鼠子宫用免疫组化SABC法检测IGF-1蛋白的表达水平;采用反转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR MXC)的方法检测IGF-1mRNA的表达水平。结果:与对照组比较,100、200mg/kg MXC两组的IGF-1蛋白表达增加有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IGF-1mRNA表达增加有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期MXC染毒可增加IGF-1在小鼠子宫内膜的表达。
Objective: To investigate the effect of methoxychlor (MXC) on endometrial insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) expression in mice. Methods: Mature female mice 7-8 weeks after birth were randomly divided into 4 groups, each of which was given corn oil, MXC 50, 100 and 200 mg / kg orally, once daily for 30 days After 24h, the expression of IGF-1 protein in the uterus of mice was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. The expression of IGF-1 mRNA was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: Compared with control group, the expression of IGF-1 protein in 100,200 mg / kg MXC group had statistical significance (P <0.05). The IGF-1 mRNA expression in two groups increased statistically (P <0.05). Conclusion: Long-term MXC exposure can increase the expression of IGF-1 in mouse endometrium.
