在教学实践中经常进行教学反思,可以批判地考察自己的行为及情境的能力。作为一名中学历史教师必须通过多种途径对自己的教学进行反思,主要通过教育学生、教师自己本身进行反思、同事或专家听评自己的课、阅读教育专著和教学文献等方式进行教学反思。所谓教学反思就是教师以自己的教学实践过程的思考对象对自己所做出的行为、决策以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析。它是立足于自我之外的批判地考察自己的行为及情境的能力。美国著名学者波斯纳提出教师成长的规律:“经验+反思=成长”。可见教学反思是一个教师走向成功的必经之路。
In teaching practice often reflections on teaching, you can critically examine their own behavior and situational ability. As a middle school history teacher, we must reflect on our own teaching in many ways, mainly through educating students and teachers themselves, and reflecting on their own lessons by colleagues or experts, reading educational monographs and teaching documents. The so-called teaching reflection is that teachers think and analyze their own behavior, decision-making and the resulting results based on the thinking object of their own teaching practice. It is based on the ability to critically examine one’s own behavior and situation based on self. The famous American scholar Posner put forward the law of teacher growth: “experience + reflection = growth ”. Visible teaching reflection is the only way for a teacher to succeed.
