一、把握好个性化备课,为个性化教学打下基础以往一个学校中的备课目标(尤其是集体备课的目标)就是整齐划一,用统一的思想,统一的方法,统一的手段达到学生的统一的“齐步走”。其实这种备课的价值目标是达不到的。新课程观认为,对人的教育首先要尊重人,要以人为本,不同的人有不同的个性和特点,因此无法实现“齐步走”或同步发展的。教师在教学中必须根据不同班级学生的具体实际来设计教学方案,对文本知识加以增删调整;必须引导学生设定适合自己的学习进度,发展目标,必须帮助学生选择适合自己的学习方式,形成有自身特点的学习方法。因此笔者认为应当倡导多样化、个性化的备课。
