Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing on uremic patients receiving blood purification. Methods Totally 84 cases of uremia patients undergoing nursing care in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. Routine nursing care was given on the basis of personalized care, comparing the two groups of patients with blood urea nitrogen (BUN) level, β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) level, C-reactive protein (CRP) levels and SF-36 score. Results The BUN, β2-MG and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of SH-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention has significant clinical effect on uremic patients receiving blood purification treatment and clinical value of the clinical promotion.
