本研究通过比较实验班和参照班数据探讨了交际策略短期培训的效果、学生对培训的态度及影响培训效果的因素。采集的数据主要来源于培训前后问卷调查、课堂录音以及培训后半结构式访谈。数据分析显示,实验班培训后所训策略的使用数量和质量均有明显提高,策略能力增强;学生需要策略知识,对策略培训持积极欢迎态度;建议培训期间选用双人组,保证输出最大化;并指出在当前外语教学条件下,进行课堂策略培训是提高学生交际能力的不错选择。关于培训过程,笔者增加了教师主持的策略反思回顾这一环节,效果良好。
This study explored the effect of short-term communicative strategies, students’ attitudes towards training and the factors influencing the effect of training by comparing experimental and reference data. Data collected mainly from the questionnaire before and after training, recording in the classroom and post-training semi-structured interview. The data analysis shows that the quantity and quality of strategies used in the training of experimental classes have been significantly improved and their strategies have been enhanced. Students need tactical knowledge and a positive welcome attitude toward tactical training. It is suggested that double teams should be selected during training to ensure maximum output. And pointed out that under the current conditions of foreign language teaching, the training of classroom strategies is to improve students’ communicative competence is a good choice. On the training process, I added a teacher-led strategy to review this part of the review, the effect is good.
