一、前言 ~3H-标记的化合物在医、农、工和科研等领域已广泛应用,但在制备、提纯、应用及测量的过程中常会发生污染现象。由于~3H是软β蜕变的同位素,其β粒子在密度为1的物质中的射程不大于6μ,这种特性给制造表面污染监测仪带来不少困难,因此在~3H污染监测方面不得不采用间接测量法。采用擦拭后液体闪烁测量的方法,可以定性或定量地检验~3H的表面污染状况。本文对~3H标记实验室可能发生的表面污染的去污擦拭测定情况进行了探讨,对于塑料、玻璃、钢板以及皮肤的去污擦拭测量做了一系列实验。
I. INTRODUCTION ~ 3H-labeled compounds have been widely used in medicine, agriculture, engineering and scientific research fields. However, pollution often occurs during preparation, purification, application and measurement. Since ~ 3H is a soft beta metamorphic isotope whose β particle has a range of no more than 6μ at a density of 1, this feature poses a number of difficulties in the manufacture of surface contamination monitors and therefore has had to deal with ~ 3H contamination monitoring Indirect measurement method. Using the method of liquid scintillation after wiping, surface contamination of ~ 3H can be qualitatively or quantitatively examined. In this paper, the determination of decontamination and wipe of surface contamination possibly occurring in ~ 3H labeling laboratory was discussed. A series of experiments were conducted on the decontamination and wiping measurements of plastic, glass, steel and skin.
