随着经济的不断发展和社会的进步,各大医院为了在市场中生存下去,不得不提升自身综合竞争力。而21世纪最根本的竞争就是人才的竞争,因此医院想要在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地必须注重人才的引进。而薪酬制度是吸引人才最直接的方式,因此在新形势下必须进行薪酬制度改革。同时,人力资源管理是医院进行综合实力提升的一个重要环节。因此,必须处理好医院人力资源管理和薪酬制度改革之间的关系才能更好的引进和培养人才。本文,简单分析了薪酬制度在医院的发展中的重要作用和我国医院人力资源管理现状,并给出医院人力资源管理的推进对薪酬制度改革的影响。
With the continuous economic development and social progress, major hospitals have to enhance their overall competitiveness in order to survive in the market. The most fundamental competition in the 21st century is talent competition, so hospitals want to occupy a place in the fierce market competition must pay attention to the introduction of talent. The salary system is the most direct way to attract talent, so in the new situation must pay system reform. At the same time, human resources management is an important link in the overall strength of hospitals. Therefore, the relationship between hospital human resource management and the reform of the salary system must be properly handled so as to better introduce and train qualified personnel. This article briefly analyzes the important role of the compensation system in the development of the hospital and the status quo of the hospital human resources management in our country and gives the influence of the promotion of the hospital human resources management on the reform of the salary system.
