目的观察大剂量黄连对糖尿病肾病大鼠糖化血红蛋白、TNF-α及肾脏病理的影响。方法采用高脂饮食结合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素方法建立糖尿病SD大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、厄贝沙坦组[31.25mg/(kg·d)]、黄连低、中、高剂量组[相当于人黄连饮片用量的83、500、1000 mg/(kg·d)],每组8只,另取8只正常大鼠作为对照,给药12周后,检测各组大鼠空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、血清TNF-α水平及肾脏病理变化。结果黄连中剂量组、高剂量组可显著降低大鼠糖化血红蛋白水平(P<0.05),黄连中剂量组、厄贝沙坦组可显著降低大鼠血清TNF-α水平(P<0.05),各用药组均有一定改善大鼠肾脏病变的作用。结论大剂量黄连具有降低糖尿病肾病大鼠糖化血红蛋白、血清TNF-α的作用,并能缓解肾脏病变。
Objective To observe the effects of high dose of berberine on glycated hemoglobin, TNF-α and renal pathology in rats with diabetic nephropathy.
