以忍冬为试验材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定了有效成分含量、积累量及所占比例,分析了不同器官有效成分。结果表明:忍冬花绿原酸、咖啡酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C和总异绿原酸含量最高,分别可达41.65、0.21、0.27、9.11、1.42、10.80 mg·g-1;忍冬叶木犀草苷含量最高,为1.23 mg·g-1;忍冬花绿原酸、异绿原酸B、总异绿原酸累积量最高,分别高达309.88、67.78、80.35 mg·株-1;忍冬叶咖啡酸、木犀草苷、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C累积量最高,分别可达2.92、27.63、3.82、21.56 mg·株-1;忍冬不同器官间有效成分比例不同。综合以上结果可知,忍冬各器官间有效成分存在差异,忍冬叶富含的多种有效成分值得开发利用。
With honeysuckle as test material, the content, accumulation amount and proportion of active ingredients were determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and the active components of different organs were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, iso-chlorogenic acid A, iso-chlorogenic acid B, iso-chlorogenic acid C and total iso-chlorogenic acid of honeysuckle flower were the highest, reaching 41.65,0.21,0.27,9.11,1.42 , And 10.80 mg · g-1, respectively. The content of luteolin in honeysuckle was the highest, which was 1.23 mg · g-1. The accumulation of chlorogenic acid, iso-chlorogenic acid B and total iso-chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle flower reached the highest level of 309.88 and 67.78 , 80.35 mg · plant -1 respectively. The accumulation of caffeic acid, luteolin, isocrochloric acid A and isooctyl acid C of honeysuckle was the highest, reaching 2.92, 27.63, 3.82 and 21.56 mg · cm -1, respectively.
