定义了直觉模糊数及其比较规则,提出了直觉模糊数间的PAO算子.针对准则间具有偏好关系且准则权重未知并变化,准则值为直觉模糊数的模糊多准则决策问题,提出了利用PAO算子进行集结的决策方法.该方法通过计算各方案在不同准则下的相对满意指数和相对精度,利用PAO算子获得每个方案的具体准则权重并生成计分函数和精确函数.通过计分函数的比较,得出方案集的排序结果.实例分析表明了该方法的有效性和可行性.
The intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and their comparison rules are defined, and the PAO operator between intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is proposed. For the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making problem which has the preference relation between the criteria and the criterion weight is unknown and varies, the criterion value is the intuitionistic fuzzy number, PAO operator is proposed in this paper.The method computes the relative satisfaction indices and relative accuracies of each scheme under different criteria, and uses the PAO operator to obtain the weight of each criterion and generates the scoring function and the exact function. The result of the ranking of the program set is obtained by the comparison of the sub-functions.Example analysis shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
