探讨山羊悬雍垂正常的组织学构造,为研究山羊悬雍垂提供一些形态学和组织学及病理学的理论依据。取新鲜山羊悬雍垂,常规组织切片,HE染色,光镜和电镜观察。悬雍垂主要由表面上皮组织(主要为复层鳞状上皮)、上皮下组织(疏松结缔组织)、腺体组织、脂肪组织、肌肉组织(主要为骨骼肌)和软骨组织构成,另外还有明显的血管和导管结构。其腺体组织包埋在肌细胞束和脂肪细胞之间,也可见到腺体和软骨相伴。由于其黏膜厚度在迎风面和被风面存在差异,也进行了相关比较。该研究可为人类的咽部疾病的病因、病理、诊断和治疗提供形态学基础。
To investigate the normal histological structure of goat uvula and to provide some morphological, histological and pathological theoretical basis for studying goat uvula.
