以茶树菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)为材料,通过在培养料中添加毒死蜱、敌敌畏、多菌灵和氯氰菊酯4种农药,研究其对茶树菇菌丝生长速度的影响和在子实体内的残留量。结果表明,4种农药对菌丝生长速度的抑制效果为:毒死蜱>敌敌畏>多菌灵>氯氰菊酯;4种农药对茶树菇子实体生长影响较大,且随着农药浓度的增加均呈现出明显的抑制作用,毒死蜱、敌敌畏浓度达到8 mg·L-1时,不长菇。子实体农残含量检测结果显示敌敌畏和毒死蜱残留量大,多菌灵和氯氰菊酯残留量小,均都符合绿色食品食用菌标准。
Agrocybe cylindracea was used to study the effects of four pesticides, chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos, carbendazim and cypermethrin, on the mycelial growth rate and residual content of fruiting bodies in Agrocybe cylindracea. The results showed that four kinds of pesticides had inhibitory effects on mycelium growth rate: chlorpyrifos> dichlorvos> carbendazim> cypermethrin; four kinds of pesticides had a great effect on the fruiting bodies of Agrocybe aegeritus, and all showed obvious effects with the increase of pesticide concentration Of the inhibition, chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos concentration reached 8 mg · L-1, not mushroom. The test results of pesticide residues in fruiting bodies showed that the residues of dichlorvos and chlorpyrifos were large, and the residues of carbendazim and cypermethrin were small, all of which accorded with the standard of green food edible fungus.
