整筒管式抽油泵在深井中使用时,泵内液体压力使泵筒内径扩张,井底压力和轴向载荷使泵筒内径缩小。分析计算表明,泵筒内径由轴向载荷和井底压力引起的缩小量极小;由泵内压力引起的扩张量与泵径成正比,但扩张变形量并不大,对泵效影响甚微。因此,在一般情况下无需考虑泵筒内径变化就影响,在深井稀油工况时,可适当增加柱塞长度、冲程长度和减少管柱的弹性受形。
When the whole tube type oil pump is used in deep well, the liquid pressure in the pump expands the inner diameter of the pump cylinder. The bottom hole pressure and the axial load reduce the inner diameter of the pump cylinder. The analysis shows that the diameter of the pump cylinder is minimized by the axial load and the bottom hole pressure. The expansion caused by the pressure in the pump is proportional to the pump diameter, but the expansion deformation is not large and has little effect on the pump efficiency. Therefore, under normal circumstances, it is not necessary to consider the variation of the inner diameter of the pump cylinder. When the deep well is under the lean oil condition, the plunger length and the stroke length may be appropriately increased, and the flexibility of the column may be reduced.
