利用高清摄像机、应变测试仪和ZDKT-1微震测试系统,研究了无声破碎剂缓慢静载荷条件下,垂直和平行于层理面作用时原煤试样静爆破坏裂纹扩展特征。结果表明:钻孔垂直于层理面静爆破坏时产生的裂纹呈现立体交叉式扩展,而钻孔平行于层理面产生的裂纹仅沿层理面扩展;静爆过程中钻孔面应变片均先受压缩载荷后受拉伸载荷,与钻孔深度平行的面上垂直和平行层理方向的应变片均仅受拉伸载荷作用;静爆过程越接近应变信号突变位置微震事件越频繁。
Using HD camera, strain gauge and ZDKT-1 microseismic testing system, the crack propagation characteristics of raw coal samples during vertical static loading and static loading parallel to bedding plane were studied under slow static loading. The results show that the cracks propagating perpendicularly to the bedding surface of the bedding plane show a three-dimensional cross-over extension, and the cracks propagating parallel to the bedding plane extend only along the bedding plane. During the static blasting, Strain gages that are both subjected to tensile load and subjected to tensile load in the direction of vertical and parallel bedding parallel to the depth of drilling are only subjected to tensile load. The closer the static explosion process is to the location of the sudden change in strain signal, the more frequent microseismic events occur.
