以平煤集团十一矿综掘工作面为研究背景,根据经验和实际情况,确定了与掘进机相配套的长压短抽式通风除尘系统.运用数值分析和现场测试相结合的方法,对综掘工作面粉尘分布规律进行了研究.基于GAMBIT技术建立工作面的几何模型,应用计算流体力学FLUENT软件对该工作面应用长压短抽式通风除尘系统前后的粉尘分布进行数值模拟.数值模拟结果与现场粉尘质量浓度测试结果相近.结果表明,采用长压短抽式通风除尘系统除尘效率达95%以上,可使综掘工作面的粉尘质量浓度接近或达到1.0×10-5kg.m-3.
Based on the experience and actual situation, the long-distance short-pumping ventilation and dust removal system matched with roadheader was established with the fully mechanized mining face of No.11 coal mine of Pingmei Group.Using the combination of numerical analysis and field test, The dust distribution of fully mechanized mining face was studied.Based on GAMBIT technology, the geometric model of working face was established and the distribution of dust before and after the application of long-short pumping system was simulated by FLUENT software.Numerical simulation The result is similar to the test results of on-site dust concentration.The results show that the dust removal efficiency of the long-distance short-pumping ventilation dust removal system is more than 95%, which can make the dust concentration of fully mechanized mining face close to or reach 1.0 × 10-5kg.m- 3.
