为了进一步提高农业用水效率,设计了一种喷灌机自动作业控制系统。该系统通过GPRS通讯从服务器获得处方图,再通过ZigBee无线传输模块实时监测喷灌水源的压力,并以此对处方图进行补偿,再结合GPS坐标信息,即可对变频器在当前作业点的工作频率进行调整,进而控制喷灌机的行走速度,从而实现按处方图调整喷灌量的目的。该设计同时具有手动功能,可以控制喷灌机行走电机的启动、停止和调整变频器的工作频率。
