用3个大柱头亲本和4个保持系品种组配成3×4个 F_1的不完全双列杂交,研究了10个花器性状的配合力。分析表明,在大多数花器性状遗传中,加性效应比非加性效应更为重要。因此,可期望通过杂交育种来改良诸花器性状,使之适于异交。GST-2的雌蕊性状表型均值和一般配合力估值较大,是改良雌蕊性状的优良供亲。8798是用于大花药育种的优良种质。在所研究的4个保持系中,V20B 和珍汕97B 是改良花器性状的2个较好亲本。
Using 3 large stigma parents and 4 maintainer lines to make 3 × 4 F_1 incomplete diallels, the combining ability of 10 floral traits was studied. The analysis shows that additive effect is more important than non-additive effect in most floral trait inheritance. Therefore, it may be desirable to improve flower trait by crossing breeding to make it suitable for outcrossing. GST-2 pheasant phenotypic mean and general combining ability of a larger valuation, is an excellent pion for improved pistil character. 8798 is a good germplasm for large anther breeding. Among the four maintainers studied, V20B and Zhenshan 97B were the two better parents that improved the floral traits.
