目的:为了研究云芝胞内糖肽胶囊在医院制剂室条件下合适的防潮包衣配方。方法:选择在薄膜包衣液中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)以增加药基对包衣材料的黏着力,同时加入适量虫胶、甘油单醋酸酯以改善吸湿性。结果:包衣后的微丸抗湿性能明显增强,提高了该胶囊制剂的稳定性。结论:薄膜包衣液配方经过改良,适合糖衣锅包制薄膜衣,增加了胶囊的稳定性及抗吸湿性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the appropriate moisture-resistant coating formulation of Coriolus intracellular glycopeptide capsules in a hospital preparation room. Methods: Polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) was added to the film coating solution to increase the adhesion of the coating to the coating material. At the same time, appropriate amount of shellac and glycerol monoacetate was added to improve the hygroscopicity. Results: The anti-wetting property of the coated pellets was obviously enhanced and the stability of the capsule preparation was improved. CONCLUSION: The formulation of film coating solution has been improved and is suitable for film coating with sugar-coated pan, which increases the stability and anti-hygroscopicity of the capsule.
