男婴,5天。系第四胎第四产,在本院产科出生,体重为3.2kg,身长50.5cm,生后正常。喂奶第三天出现呕吐,2～4次/日,继之拒奶,大便稀5～6次/日。黄疸较同龄儿明显加深。疑诊“半乳糖血症”转我科治疗。患儿父母系姑婊婚配共生四胎。前三胎男性,均因生后吐、泻、黄疸分别在3月、7天、11天死亡。检查:新生儿貌、发育正常、营养可,呼吸平稳、巩膜及全身皮肤重度黄染。心肺(-),腹
