小学数学教学的对象是小学生,主体是数学学习。教育天真烂漫的小学生有时候会用到一些特殊的方法,数形结合便是其中一种高效的小学数学教学的方法。作为一种数学思想方法,数形结合的应用可以分为以下两种情形:一种是借助于数的精确性来表现形的某些属性,还有一种是借助直观的几何来表现数与数之间的某种关系。这表明数形结合包括两个方面:一种是以数解形,还有一种是以形助数。我国著名数学家华罗庚说过:“数形结合百般好,隔裂分家万事休。”显然,数形结合思想在小学数学教学中起着重要的作用。
