【目的】探讨ANB角、Beta角及APDI值对替牙期儿童错畸形矢状向异常诊断的一致性。【方法】随机选择2006年1月—2009年6月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔正畸科就诊86例替牙期儿童错畸形患者的头颅侧位定位片,用Photoshop8.0图像处理软件测量,获得ANB角、Beta角和APDI值,用以上3种指标分别诊断骨面型类型,并用一致性分析(Kappa)来检验3种方法总体诊断结果的一致性。【结果】3项指标两两之间有相关性,Beta角与APDI值为0.539,而ANB角与Beta角、APDI值的Kappa指数分别为0.318、0.355。【结论】测量多个指标,综合判断是诊断错畸形矢状向异常较为准确的方法。
【Objective】 To investigate the consistency of ANB angle, Beta angle and APDI value in the diagnosis of malocclusion-like sagittal anomalies in children of mixed period. 【Methods】 One hundred and sixty-six children with malocclusion of orthodontics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were randomly selected from January 2006 to June 2009. The images were obtained using Photoshop 8.0 image processing Software measurement, ANB angle, Beta angle and APDI value were obtained. The types of the bone surface type were diagnosed by the above three indexes, and the consistency of the overall diagnostic results of the three methods was tested by the consistency analysis (Kappa). 【Results】 There was a correlation between the two indexes of two items. The Beta angle and APDI value were 0.539, while the Kappa indices of ANB angle, Beta angle and APDI value were 0.318 and 0.355, respectively. 【Conclusion】 It is more accurate to diagnose the malformation sagittal abnormality by measuring multiple indexes.
