目的分析16层螺旋CT冠状动脉(简称冠脉)成像技术要点及成像效果。方法56例患者行16层螺旋CT冠脉成像检查。采用回顾性心电门控技术、0.5s螺旋扫描、分段(Segment)数据采集方式和选择75%的时间相位窗。原始数据传至图像工作站进行图像后处理,分析冠脉各支的显示情况及病变情况。结果56例患者21例冠脉成像提示有不同程度的冠脉病变;33例冠脉成像未提示明确异常;2例冠脉成像不良,不能用于影像诊断。较好而便捷地显示冠脉管腔Ⅱ~Ⅲ度狭窄情况及冠脉斑块形成情况。结论16层螺旋CT冠脉成像是一种优良的无创性冠脉成像方法,可获得对冠心病诊断的高质量和准确的冠脉成像图像,部分图像出现伪影不可避免。
Objective To analyze the key points and imaging results of 16-slice spiral CT coronary artery (referred coronary artery) imaging. Methods 56 patients underwent 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Using retrospective ECG gating technology, 0.5s spiral scan, Segment data acquisition method and select 75% of the time phase window. The original data is transmitted to the image workstation for post-processing of the image, and the analysis of the display of each branch of the coronary artery and the pathological changes are made. Results The coronary angiography of 21 patients in 56 cases showed different degrees of coronary lesions. 33 cases of coronary angiography did not show clear abnormalities. 2 cases of coronary angiography were poor and could not be used for imaging diagnosis. Better and easier to show coronary artery stenosis Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree and coronary plaque formation. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is an excellent noninvasive method of coronary angiography, which can obtain high-quality and accurate coronary angiography images of coronary heart disease. Some artifacts are inevitable.
