生物教师的素养贯穿于每一位生物教师的整个专业成长过程。现代教育理念的出现为生物教师素养的提高搭建了一个崭新的平台。本文试图从现代教育理念视域下的现代教学观、现代学生观着眼,针对现代教学观从生物学科本身、教学策略两个方面来具体探讨;针对现代学生观则从学生自身发展需要的角度来具体探讨。
The quality of biological teachers runs through the entire professional growth of every biology teacher.
