对山楂叶中可溶性粗多糖的提取、脱色工艺进行实验研究。通过单因素、正交试验确定最佳的提取工艺和脱色工艺条件。结果表明:最佳的提取条件是料液比1:35,90℃提取3h,提取一次,收率达6.47%。最适宜的脱色条件是活性炭的用量为原料量的2.5%,pH为2.0,在75℃脱色30min。所得粗多糖的UV扫描图谱未见核酸、蛋白质的吸收峰,说明产品基本不含有核酸和蛋白质。
The hawthorn leaves soluble crude polysaccharide extraction, bleaching process experiments. Through single factor, orthogonal test to determine the best extraction process and decolorization process conditions. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:35, extracted at 90 ℃ for 3h and extracted once, the yield was 6.47%. The most suitable decolorization condition is that the amount of activated carbon is 2.5% of the amount of raw materials, the pH is 2.0 and the color is decolorized at 75 ° C for 30 minutes. The resulting crude polysaccharide UV scan no nucleic acid, protein absorption peak, indicating that the basic product does not contain nucleic acids and proteins.
