本文以地方出版集团“转企改制”后人力资源管理作为研究对象。从分析转制后人力资源管理实践中存在的问题及成因入手,应用现代人力资源管理理念和方法,结合出版行业特点,如何按照现代企业人力资源管理模式,提出通过转变思维方式、开展职业培训等等解决存在问题的办法,为地方出版集团转制后如何做好人力资源管理工作提供参考,以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。
This article takes the local publishing group “human resource management after the transfer system ” as the research object.
