近年来,冷弯薄壁钢结构的应用逐渐增加,组合截面构件得到了发展,由于其受力性能优良,得到了广泛的应用。采用自攻螺钉将两个C型截面构件的翼缘相连接,组合成箱形截面构件,对其进行一系列轴向压缩试验。首先,研究组合截面与单一截面构件整体、局部和畸变屈曲性能的差异。然后,研究安装误差和紧固件间距对组合构件极限承载力的影响。基于本文试验结果、已有的试验结果以及相应的数值分析结果,给出组合截面构件的强度估算方法。最后,将根据该方法得到的承载力与试验结果和AISI规范给出的标准值进行比较,结果表明,建议方法合理准确。
In recent years, the application of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures has been gradually increasing, and the composite section members have been developed. Due to their excellent mechanical properties, they have been widely used. Self-tapping screws are used to connect the flanges of two C-section members to form a box-section member. A series of axial compression tests are carried out. First, the difference between the global, local and distorted buckling properties of the composite section and the single section component is studied. Then, the influence of installation error and fastener spacing on the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite structure was studied. Based on the test results, the existing test results and the corresponding numerical analysis results, the method for estimating the strength of composite section members is given. Finally, the bearing capacity obtained according to this method is compared with the test results and the standard values given by the AISI specification. The results show that the proposed method is reasonable and accurate.
