我们自1975年4月～1982年12月应用冷冻治疗耳廓假性囊肿共155例158耳,获得满意效果,现报道如下。一、治疗方法在无菌条件下作诊断性穿刺抽液1次,确诊为本病后用接触冷冻法,每次约1～2分钟,1次未愈者隔7天再冷冻1次,嘱病人定期来门诊观察。冷冻1次107耳,2次41耳,3次10耳。疗程:最短者6天,最长者22天,平均10天。二、疗效分析(一)疗效标准:痊愈:症状及局部肿胀消失,无耳廓变形;显效:症状及局部肿胀消失,但有少量纤维组织增厚;好转:症状及局部肿胀大部分消失;
