为探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因27bp VNTR多态性与新疆汉族原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。采取整群随机抽样的方法,选取新疆沙湾县汉族346名EH患者(EH组)与385名正常对照者(NT组)为研究对象,进行流行病学调查和临床检查,并采集血样。采用荧光标记扩增产物长度多态分析方法检测eNOS基因27bp VN-TR多态性。结果显示:eNOS基因27bp VNTR基因型bb.aa.ab.bc在EH组及NT组中的分布频率分别为278(80.3%)、3(0.9%)、65(18.8%)、0(0%)和306(79.5%)、4(1.0%)、74(19.2%)、1(0.3%)。等位基因b、a、c在EH组和NT组中分布频率分别为621(89.7%)、71(10.3%)、0(0%)和687(89.2%)、82(10.6%)、1(0.2%),EH组和NT组基因型和等位基因分布频率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。由此可知,eNOS基因27bp VNTR多态性可能与新疆汉族原发性高血压不相关。
To investigate the association between 27 bp VNTR polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene and essential hypertension (EH) in Han nationality in Xinjiang. A total of 346 EH patients (EH group) and 385 healthy controls (NT group) from Han nationality in Shawan County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were enrolled in this study. The epidemiological investigation and clinical examination were performed and blood samples were collected. The 27 bp VN-TR polymorphism of eNOS gene was detected by PCR-RFLP. The results showed that the frequency of 27bp VNTR genotype bb.aa.ab.bc of eNOS gene was 278 (80.3%), 3 (0.9%), 65 (18.8%) and 0 (0% ) And 306 (79.5%), 4 (1.0%), 74 (19.2%), 1 (0.3%). The distribution frequencies of alleles b, a and c in EH group and NT group were 621 (89.7%), 71 (10.3%), 0 (0%) and 687 (89.2%), 82 (0.2%). There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequencies between EH group and NT group (P> 0.05). This shows that eNOS gene 27bp VNTR polymorphism may be unrelated to primary hypertension in Xinjiang Han.
