在本人编译的“房屋耐久性的鉴定”一文中提到,房屋在设计时,可根据建设物的各种组成材料和其所处的环境,利用计算得小的各构件的材料耐久年限,求出其“老化曲线”。即根据经济等情况,规定某一功能下的允许上限值,算出房屋在经营上的法定耐久年限。松下清夫等在《建筑耐用计画》一书中,把计算的各构件耐久年限分为A、B、C、D四个等级,如:
